Ickers on the pool contamination. I wrote an article for the paper about that issue once. It was amazing how many times they had to close the pools in one season, and some of it was intentionally caused by kids who wanted to start a ruckus. Pretty gross but I'm sure it will be my kid one day.

It was great to see you last night! I wanted to catch up but I had to leave early. It was a good thing I did--I came home to a screaming baby and a frustrated husband. Nothing a walk around the neighborhood in the Bjorn couldn't fix. For the baby, not the husband.

Oooo. I've yet to be at a contaminated pool closing, but I'd be so paranoid that one of my wee ones had caused it. Kudos to you for it not being yours.

And a 90 minute massage. That sounds lovely. My back cramped up just a little bit in jealousy when it heard about yours!

And stupid question... I was good visiting the All Mediocre blogs (maybe where I first found yours? I don't remember anymore) but then I got busy and only periodically dropped in and I can't figure out how the traveling part goes and I'm not smart enough to figure it out (so I've been sitting it out because I'm incapable). Can you give a quick tutorial? I know it shouldn't be this hard!

Stacey - Thank you for choosing my blog for the AllMediocre travel feature. What a wonderful surprise! I love how you described my quirky destinations. It's been nothing but a pleasure to be welcomed into the AllMediocre family. Bridges sounds like a great concept. We all go through a lot of things and are often wrapped up in our own stories. It will be nice to hear what others are going through and how they've come through it.
